1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Public Displays of Artistry (PDA), including but not limited to its facilities, online platforms, and events, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of the terms, you must discontinue the use of PDA services immediately.
2. Eligibility
Membership and use of PDA’s services are open to all individuals 18 years or older. For those under 18, parental or guardian consent is required. PDA reserves the right to request proof of age or permission where necessary.
3. Membership
Membership to PDA is available on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Members must keep their accounts and payments current to maintain access to PDA services.

The use of PDA’s physical and digital resources is reserved for artistic and creative purposes.
Members must respect all equipment, spaces, and materials provided by PDA.
Any damages caused to equipment or facilities due to misuse will be the responsibility of the member involved, and they may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
All spaces must be kept clean and organized after use.
6. Health and Safety
Members must adhere to all health and safety guidelines established by PDA, including but not limited to those related to equipment use, studio safety, and public health mandates.
PDA is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that may occur on its premises.
7. Intellectual Property
Members retain full rights to the art and creations they produce within PDA’s spaces.
PDA does not claim any ownership of the intellectual property of its members or users.
By using PDA’s services, members grant PDA the right to use images of their work for promotional and marketing purposes, unless they opt out in writing.
8. Liability
PDA is not liable for:
Any loss or damage to personal property.
Any injuries or accidents occurring on its premises, except in cases of gross negligence by PDA staff.
Any third-party claims related to the use or misuse of PDA services by its members.
Members are advised to obtain personal insurance for their work and property if deemed necessary.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Members may cancel their membership at any time. However, all membership fees are non-refundable.
PDA reserves the right to terminate memberships or access to services without refund if members violate these terms.
10. Amendments to Terms
PDA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to PDA’s website or notifying members via email.
